FINANCIAL CLEARANCE - Submission of Confirmation of Registration in person to Student Financial Services must be received before closing (4:30 pm M-Th, Noon Fri.) on the same day that classes are reserved, or online by midnight of the same day that classes are reserved. Failure to do so will result in your classes being deleted. Contact Student Financial Services at (951) 785-2175 or e-mail (sfs@lasierra.edu).


CHANGE OF PROGRAM (ADD/DROP) FORMS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE OFFICE OF THE REGISTRAR IN PERSON no later than 4:30 p.m. on the above dates. Only the student may change his or her own registration.

CLASSES MAY BE DROPPED if the prerequisites have not been met before the start of the current quarter. If a class does not appear on the student’s registration or schedule after adding the class, this may be the reason.

IF A CLASS IS CANCELLED OR THE TIME IS CHANGED and you do not attend any of the class sessions, IT IS THE STUDENTS RESPONSIBILITY TO WITHDRAW.

REQUEST FOR S/U GRADES need advisor's signature only; instructor's signature is not needed. For PE activity classes no signature needed.

PETITIONS FOR INCOMPLETE GRADES must be submitted to each instructor at least one week before the course ends. The "I" will be recorded if the reason is valid according to University Policy as outlined on the form. The "I" must be removed the following term.

GRADE CHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED FROM THE INSTRUCTORS during the succeeding term only if the instructor made an error in arriving at, or recording the student's grade.

THE STUDENT’S NAME AS IT APPEARS ON THE REGISTRATION WILL BE USED ON ALL SCHOOL DOCUMENTS including rosters, transcripts, certificates, and DIPLOMA. If you wish to change your name, submit a signed request to the Office of the Registrar.

LSU TRANSCRIPTS ARE ISSUED UPON YOUR PRESENTING A SIGNED REQUEST TO THE OFFICE OF THE REGISTRAR. Fee is $5.00 per copy, RUSH copies are $10.00.

ALL ENROLLMENT VERIFICATIONS require at least five working days to process.
