Online Mental Health Screenings
Your Counseling Center counselors have chosen a website that will allow you to complete confidential online screening
The Counseling Center welcomes all students to the online screening for depression, anxiety, alcohol, and eating disorders. This free screening is made available to all students and is taken anonymously. The screening is provided so that you may find out—in just a few minutes—whether or not professional consultation might be helpful to you. The Center offers professional consultations as well as individual and group therapy. To make an appointment, call 951-785-2011.
These tools can’t tell you whether or not you have a mental illness or substance use disorder; only a trained mental health professional or medical doctor can do that. The screening tools can help you identify signs that you might have a disorder and seek help if you need it. At the end of each anonymous screening you will receive an immediate result that can be printed and taken to a clinician for further evaluation.
