This motor vehicle record site is made available for the use of all University personnel to check the status of their motor vehicle questionnaire/application. All faculty, staff, administration and students who are employed at, by or for the University, or asked to drive a vehicle for a University function must submit one of these forms and be approved before driving in any official capacity.
