Classroom & Facility Rentals

LSU welcomes groups, large and small, to our campus for various programs and activities throughout the year.  Facilities available for use include:

Alumni Pavilion, Cossentine Hall, Chapels, Hole Memorial, Sculpture Plaza/Fountain, Outdoor Locations, Alumni Center, Brandstater Gallery, Classrooms of Various Sizes, & Clough Park

Availability is limited particularly during the Fall, Winter and Spring terms, so advanced reservations are required.
Groups are required to meet the insurance requirements as noted by the Department of Risk & Safety in addition to execution of the Facilities Agreement and payment of rental fees.

A wide variety of catering options can be provided by the LSU Dining Services Department.
Advance reservations are required for groups in most cases.

For residential conferences, housing within the campus residence halls can also be arranged based on availability with prior reservations.

Non-Dorm Housing

La Sierra University recognizes that changes in student population trends in recent years have resulted in alternative housing needs for many students.  In response to such needs, La Sierra University provides a variety of housing options for students.  When the demand allows, we also provide such housing for faculty and staff as well.

Options include:  Apartments (1-3 bedrooms), Duplexes (1-2 bedrooms), Cottages (1 bedroom) as well as town-homes and single family houses (2-4 bedrooms).  All are located within walking distance of the University’s campus.

Commercial Properties

The University owns and leases a number of commercial properties including:

Office Spaces
Retail Spaces
Warehouses
Industrial Buildings
