Although we are no longer formally running the summer program in Costa Rica, LSU students do keep going to the Instituto de Cultura y Lengua Costarricense (ICLC) on their own. Click on this link and you’ll see three of our students: Shawn Benjamin (orange shirt); Alexandra López, smiling into the camera with an exotic drink in her hand and, later, with the “LSU” T-shirt; and John Roach, at the Elementary School at Cacao in the red t-shirt. Alex and John have participated in the ICLC’s volunteer program in addition to studying Spanish. 

We do run the Costa Rica program for Christmas and Spring breaks. If you’re interested in spending one to four weeks at the ICLC during these times, contact Dr. Morales at 951-78-2120 or at lmorales@lasierra.edu
