La Sierra University recognizes that changes in student population trends in recent years have resulted in alternative housing needs for many students.  In response to such needs, LSU provides a variety of housing options for students.  When the demand allows, we also provide such housing for faculty and staff as well.

Options include:  Apartments (1-3 bedrooms), Duplexes (1-2 bedrooms), Cottages (1 bedroom) as well as townhomes and single family houses (2-4 bedrooms).  All are located within walking distance of the University’s campus.

Fill out the Application and Priority Assignment Forms and deliver to the Business Development and Property Management office in the Administration Building, Room #239.
