Resources for Presenters
What you need:
- computer with a web-camera and microphone (most laptops and newer desktops have this built in)
- good internet connection, use the ethernet cable instead of the wireless
- headset with a microphone OR headphones/earbuds
- To avoid feedback when using your computer microphone use a USB-based microphone and headset combination OR use your computer's built-in microphone in conjunction with headphones or earbuds.
- You can also keep your computer's built-in microphone on, but turn down your speakers while you are presenting.

Registering for the Webinar
The invitation email message that you receive from CRAE contains a link you can click to register for the event.
- Click on the link to be be taken to the event information page.
- Click on Register at the bottom of the page to open up the registration form.
- Answer the questions.
- Click on Submit to receive the confirmatino email containing the link to the meeting room.

We will give you a call 1 hour before the scheduled meeting time to make sure everything is working properly and give you time to prepare.

- Presentation (Presenter)
- Q&A (Presenter)
- End of session - closing remarks (Dr. Kido or Dr. Beach)
We will give you a follow up call after ending the session.
We will use Integrated Voice Conferencing.
A small window asking if you want to participate in Integrated Voice Conference may pop up after joining the meeting. Click Yes to hear the presenter speak.
If you enter the meeting and cannot hear the presenter.
- Click on "Communicate" on the menu bar at the top
- Select "Integrated Voice Conference"
- Click on "Join Conference"
