Database Information
MEDLINE The premier medical database, covering more than 3500 peer-reviewed medical journals from 1966 onward. MEDLINE includes international journals and covers all areas of medicine. La Sierra has access to MEDLINE through the EBSCO, Lexis-Nexis and OCLC FirstSearch interfaces. All provide indexes and abstracts, but not full text, and are of approximately equal power. Updated monthly.
