Printing in Computer Labs and Around Campus

La Sierra University uses a system called equitrac to keep track of printing charges.  Each student receives $7.00 dollars "Printing Allowance" for using printers and copiers around campus.

To print to a printer you must do the following:

1. Log into a computer using your Digital Access User Name (eg. jdoe456)
2. Press Print and Select the printer you want to print to.
3. Go to the printer and swipe your Student ID card upside down with the magnetic strip facing towards the unit. You may then browse to the document and release it for printing.
4. You may also use your ID number in this coded format - 000+ID Number+Security Code (usually the number of cards you have had).
