Here in biology we like to encourage our students to find employment within the department to aid in a balanced approach to science. You can apply to be a TA (teaching assistant) where you get hands-on experience teaching others in a lab setting. Or you could apply to be an RA (research assistant) where you help professors in their labs working on the cutting edge of science. 

We also offer positions as readers where you assist with the grading of assignments, and as stock room associates. In the stock room you will learn all the various instruments and items needed in stocking a laboratory.
