The earner of this badge has participated in an early access program for La Sierra University first-year and transfer students. Through this program they were exposed to STEM mentorship, social intelligence skills, career development, and scientific research presentation experience.

Students must complete the two-week STEM Bridge intensive and present a group scientific poster presentation in order to receive this badge.
