Jonathan Clement is a Senior Manager at Eide Bailly LLP in Redlands, CA. Passionate and dedicated to helping clients achieve success, Jonathan partners with CEOs and local government officials to navigate the ever-changing complexities of the government and not-for-profit sector. He believes that connecting with people and putting yourself in their shoes is the most important aspect of his role.

During his time at La Sierra University, Jonathan was an active student, serving as a Business Club officer, a member of the golf team, and a trumpeter in Wind Ensemble and Brass Quintet. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the Zapara School of Business in 2008, Jonathan joined Vavrinek, Trine, Day & Co., LLP as a member of the assurance staff. He became an assurance manager in 2015, and four years later the firm merged with Eide Bailly, LLP to become a Top 20 CPA firm based in Fargo, ND.

As a Certified Public Accountant, Jonathan has spent over a decade working in public accounting serving multimillion-dollar local governments and not-for-profit organizations throughout California and has recently gained extensive accounting experience to become a specialist in the education (K-12) arena.

Jonathan enjoys hiking and cycling, and is involved in local community outreach. He served as treasurer for the Little Landers Historical Society from 2013 to 2015, and is currently a volunteer for the Redlands Bicycle Classic, a five-day race that covers approximately 350 miles.
