Please fill out every field in the table below. We cannot process forms that are not completely filled out.
MUST fill out the Transfer Out Form** and submit it to our office before we can authorize your deposit.
If money is to be wired-transferred, please include in this box, Bank Name, Bank Address, Account Number, and ABA or SWIFT code (routing number), Account Holder, and Account Holder Address. By providing this information, you hereby authorize us to deduct from your deposit a $75 fee for the bank transaction.
*** If you currently have an outstanding balance your deposit will drop into your student account and any excess funds will be refunded to you.
To our international students requesting a refund check to their home country address, we advise you to investigate whether you can cash or deposit a check from the United States in your home country. Please consider that checks are mailed USPS and can take several weeks before they are delivered. We advise you to request your deposit be returned the same way you paid (FlyWire, credit card, or wire transfer).
