Online Orientation

The deadline to complete your orientation is two weeks before classes begin.

1. Go to my.lasierra.edu to access your student portal

2. Login using your student username and password. If you have any issues logging in, please contact our IT department at 951-785-2900

3. Click on the ‘Blackbaord’ link inside the “Campus Applications” card

4. Click on the ‘Organizations’ tab, located on the left hand side

5. Click on ‘Online Orientation - Incoming Students’ link

• Review each item in the modules 
• The items provide you with valuable information that will help you pass the “Assessments” at the end of each module
• After completing all of the assessments, you will receive your ‘Online Orientation Completion Certificate’ 
• While completing the Online orientation is required, we want to celebrate your completion by offering you the opportunity to win a special raffle prize

To enter into the raffle, email your ‘Online Orientation Completion Certificate’ to sass@lasierra.edu with the subject “Online Orientation 2025.” In the body, include your first and last name, and your La Sierra student ID number
