Note: All campus perimeter gates, with the exemption of the main entrance will be closed at all times. The main entrance of campus will be open during business hours.

Access Control Request Form

• Requests must be cleared 2 weeks in advance
• Special requests are taken on a case by case basis and at the University discretion
• Once the request is submitted please allow 5 business days to process the request. You will receive an email confirming your request once it has been processed.
• This request applies ONLY to the campus perimeter gates and buildings which are already access control enabled.
• If the request is for Visitor and Vendors, note the department on campus requesting access control will need to be present to handle the request.
