MyCareers helps you explore real career options with reliable data so you are making informed decisions instead of guessing. It lets you see typical salary ranges, projected job growth, and even pay differences by state for the careers you explore, so you can compare what you might make and how in-demand a field is before committing to a path. MyCareers links career descriptions to real world numbers that matter for planning your future work life.

2. Who should use it?

Any La Sierra student:

First year students exploring majors and skills required
Sophomores and juniors checking career fit
Seniors thinking about jobs or graduate school
Graduate students exploring career options

It is also useful if you want to see the skills required for specific careers and start intentionally building those skills through coursework, internships, campus jobs, or workshops before you graduate.

3. How does it work?

You can explore careers right away without registering. Browse career clusters by industry and click into specific careers to learn about job duties, skills, salary, and outlook. If you want to save favorite careers or come back to your results later, click Login, then select Register here at the bottom. You will answer a few quick questions and create your email and login password to set up your account.
