Whether you want to join an academic group focusing on your area of study or want something more social, there is a student organization with peers who share your interests! The Office of Student Involvement and student organizations of La Sierra University have invested in creating a community for you. Being part of a student organization can plug you into the campus, help you build a professional network, create lifelong friendships, and so much more. There truly is something for everyone and we encourage you to get involved. If you have a passion that is not represented by one of our student organizations, you can easily create your own!

New student organizations must meet with the Director of Student Involvement prior to submitting a New Organization Registration Form. Please contact the Office of Student Involvement to set up an appointment.

All student organizations are required to have the following:

  • Full-time Faculty / Staff as an Advisor
  • President
  • Financial Vice President
  • Marketing Director
  • Organization Constitution & Bylaws (email [email protected] for a template)

Before submitting the New Organization Registration Form you will need the following things from each officer:

  • Name
  • ID Number
  • Your lasierra.edu email address.
  • Phone Number 

Once you gather all that information you can submit the form. Once submitted, each officer will be checked for GPA and Citizenship Standing through the Student Life Office. This process can take up to two weeks. Please email [email protected] for any questions.
