Adventist Colleges Abroad Adventist Colleges Abroad (ACA) is a consortium of Seventh-day Adventist colleges and universities in North America, which grew out of the Year-Abroad program begun by then La Sierra College in 1961.

We provide qualified students opportunities for study overseas while completing the requirements of their major programs at their home colleges. This program allows students to immerse in the culture and life of the host country and to become conversant in the language.

In addition, students participate in on-site guided field trips of geographic, historic, or economic significance. As a result of their experience abroad, many students have been inspired to return to theses countries in positions of service. This program is open to all students, regardless of their major.

Registration deadlines may be sooner than you think, so ACT NOW!

In 1898 Colegio Adventista del Playa was opening its eyes to a lifetime of excellence and service. Guided by Divine Providence, Adventist pioneers worked hard to establish a small school to provide Christian education and spread the gospel to this vast continent. Over time, the college became a university and today it is a conservative school where many students from all over the world come to enjoy a unique experience. More...

Seminar Schloss Bogenhofen is located in a rural setting about four miles east of the town of Braunau on the river Inn. Across the river from Branau is the German town of Simbach. About 36 miles to the southwest lies one of the most beautiful cities of Europe -- Salzburg, Austria. On the campus itself, the dominant building is the former castle that dates back to the mid-fifteenth century and serves as the classroom building for senior high school students. The very modern men's (the Burchenheim) and women's (the Madchenheim) residence halls were opened in 1988 and 1990 and are very well designed and simply but tastefully furnished. Two students to a room is the rule and there is a beautifully tiles shower and bathroom in every room. More...
