Alumnus Quoted In National Radio News Story

Justin Sandefur, a 2002 graduate from La Sierra University and current member of 
the university’s Board of Trustees, was quoted as part of a news report on the May 
15 “Morning Edition,” National Public Radio’s morning national news program.

Alumnus Quoted In National Radio News Story

Sandefur was part of the reporting on a story examining the impact of global aid, 
and how successful aid programs are in lifting families out of poverty. Sandefur 
commented in his role as an economist at the Center for Global Development in 
Washington. He was not involved in the study.
