Get instant answers!
The Visiting Team has identified the following lines of inquiry for the Accreditation Visit:
- Leadership change, campus climate, and stability: How is the institution adjusting to leadership changes in recent years, including efforts to communicate difficult issues with faculty and staff in a transparent way? How does the institution support operational effectiveness and stability in times of change through institutional practices such as the use of standard operating procedures?
- Financial sustainability: What is the budget process, including the Board’s involvement? What effects does the institution project based on the deficits in the 4-year budget forecast?
- Enrollment and marketing: How are academic programs assessed for feasibility and how are KPIs used for decision making?
- Retention efforts: What is the institution’s strategy for supporting current students beyond the second year? As the institution admits a higher percentage of its applicants, how is the institution adjusting its student supports to improve retention and time to degree?
- Assessment: How is assessment of student learning intentionally infused across the curriculum? How does the institution disaggregate its data to ensure success of all students?
- Program review: How does the institution envision making the program review process more meaningful and action-oriented?
