How to check your driving status
Students
Please contact your department supervisor to check your driving status.
Employees
Please login to the portal and in the resources section select the drivers authorization app. The list will be sorted by first name.
If you are not an authorized driver please do the following:
- Complete the Driver Questionnaire form
- Obtain your California DMV record at this link (LOG IN REQUIRED)
- Driver authorization form (obtain signature of your department supervisor).
- Email all the completed required forms to Risk Management.
