The mission of OACS is to actively support student success and college completion through a comprehensive 4-year approach.

Our department fosters student growth, retention, and success through academic advising; academic, career, financial literacy, skill, and success workshops; pre-health co-curricular activities, consultations, and presentations; speaker series, job fairs, volunteer opportunities, and job shadowing; and new student orientations.

We collaborate with students, faculty, administration, staff, and community partners to fulfill this mission.
