Audition Requirements

Auditions for UNITED will take place concurrently with Chamber Singers auditions. Please visit the Chamber Singers/University Chorale page for audition requirements.

About the Group

The vocal chamber group UNITED was formed under the supervision of Dr. Elvin Rodriguez, professor of piano, and has in the past been directed by Sergio Leiva and Sara Pinto da Silva. Past members included undergraduate and post-graduate students involved at both La Sierra University and Loma Linda University.

UNITED has had the opportunity to tour nationally and internationally including for the 2015 General Conference Session in San Antonio, TX. Under Sergio Leiva, UNITED recorded two albums.

Currently, the ensemble performs with current La Sierra University students under the direction of Dr. Ariel Quintana. Students involved in this ensemble are both music and non-music majors devoted to bringing ministry through professional music.
