Collaborative Learning Center

The Collaborative Learning Center (CLC) provides free tutoring and other academic assistance to La Sierra University students. The CLC strives to improve student retention and achievement by assisting students in developing the skills and strategies needed to become confident, independent, and active learners. Assistance is offered in the following subjects: A&P, Biology, Chemistry, Math, Physics, and Psychology. Students at the CLC are encouraged to work together in groups, guided by Learning Assistants, to seek better understanding of the subject material.
